We would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to return. We have built a reputation for customer service for going out of our way to make sure our customers are completely satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy. We will honor exchanges and refunds on all BBO Poker Tables products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please notify intentions of return/exchange by calling us at (925) 439 3070 or emailing us at Info@BBOPokerTables.com.
IMPORTANT
All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer, and the table must be returned complete with all parts, free from obvious wear and tear. There will be a 15% restocking fee for poker table returns, we do not profit from this restocking fee, it goes to cover the the additional costs associated with re-inspecting the inventory, covering any damage in transit, reupholstering, and costs of materials to package this table back into inventory.
Your poker table will ship free and completely insured via freight shipping. Any damage incurred during shipping is completely covered, but you must refuse the shipment and make aware the damage to the shipping company during delivery. By signing the bill of lading and releasing the freight company from liability, you are basically saying that you received this table in acceptable working order.
Please note that freight shipping is curbside delivery. Freight companies will not go into your house due to liability reasons, and we cannot make them (we've tried).
IMPORTANT
You must report any damage at the time of delivery, by signing the bill of lading and accepting the shipment, you are waiving your right to file an insurance claim with the freight carrier. If you find shipping damage, refuse the damaged items and we will file an insurance claim for you and send you out a replacement immediately. If you signed for the delivery in good order, we will not be able to file an insurance claim on your behalf. In this situation, we will provide you with the proper paperwork so you can file a "concealed damage" directly with the carrier. BBO Poker Tables has no control over "concealed damage" claims and will not be able to assist in the outcome, so please inspect carefully. BBO Poker Tables will help you with the steps to file the "concealed damage" claim, but unfortunately we will not be able to ship any replacement parts until the claim is settled.
All BBO Poker Tables are covered under our 1 YEAR WARRANTY from any defects or manufacturing issues.
In order to claim damages resulting from freight transit, any problems must be reported to the freight driver during delivery, and the shipment refused as “damaged upon arrival”. Damages not reported prior to acceptance may be declined by the freight company, resulting in the inability for us to send out a replacement unit or cover the damages.
By signing the delivery receipt, you are effectively releasing liability from the shipping company, so please inspect your table before signing the delivery acceptance!
In the rare event there is a defect or manufacture flaw, we will do everything in our capabilities to rectify the problem – from suggesting a solution, replacing parts, to replacing the entire table.
BBO Poker Tables reserves the right to determine proper course of action for any product defects. If we decide to replace a poker table, all costs associated with the replacement table will be covered by BBO Poker Tables.
Orders processed on BBO Poker Tables utilize a SSL Secure transaction through an Authorize.net gateway. When you place an order, Authorize.net (not BBO Poker Tables) collects and verifies contact information, such as your shipping and e-mail addresses, and financial information, such as your account or credit card numbers. Contact information (addresses, emails and phone numbers provided by you) from the order form is used to send orders and information to you or get in touch with you when necessary. No financial records are kept here in house. You also have the option of ordering products over the telephone and you may choose to pay by check, credit card or money order.
As a responsible retailer, BBO Poker Tables will never sell or provide your information for third party marketing purposes.
Sometimes poker table styles sell out faster than we can keep them in stock, we apologize in advance. In the event that you order an item and it is on back order, BBO Poker Tables will contact you regarding the situation, and more times than not, will suggest or propose a resolution that is valued higher than your original order. Any upgrades or compensation packages are solely at the discretion of BBO Poker Tables.
