Shipping Receiving Instructions:
All orders from BBO Poker Tables which require shipping are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read this carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and BBO Poker Tables will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage. Please read this carefully.
All poker and gaming tables from BBO Poker Tables ship via ground freight, fully insured. In the event that your table is damaged in transit, as long as your follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out a replacement for you immediately.
Here's how to properly receive your poker and game table.
BOX COUNT
Inspect all boxes and make sure you have all the pieces to your order. Check the bill of lading from the delivery company to make sure you have all your boxes. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. Get it in writing!
Check For Damage
Next inspect all the boxes for anything that looks like damage. A punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. If you do not note the damage on the bill of lading you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you release the shipping company of any liability on the shipment.
In case you didn't get that – if you sign the bill of lading you cannot claim damage afterwards. BBO Poker Tables is not responsible for shipping damage discovered after signing the bill of lading. Manufacturers defect is not the same as concealed damage.
In the event that something is damaged:
Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the bill of lading and delivery paperwork. Call us immediately, we will make sure your replacement pieces get arranged to be shipped out quickly.
DO NOT accept the damaged box, send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes which are in good condition.
BBO POKER TABLES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF NOT INSPECTING THE ORDER DURING DELIVERY.

Return Policy:
BBO Poker Tables would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to return. We have built a reputation for customer service by going out of our way to make sure our customers are satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy. Please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions as we cannot accommodate returns for items with concealed damage or shipping damage until the insurance portion has been concluded between you and the shipping company. It is very important that you understand the proper way to accept your custom poker table to protect yourself from hidden shipping damage.
We will honor exchanges and refunds on all BBO Poker Tables products up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and the freight must be properly packaged and arrive back to us in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for change of mind and returns on custom orders (orders with a template graphic or custom layout). In the event your poker or game table was not properly packaged for return transit, we will itemize damaged or lost pieces and deduct it from the final refund total. If you are initiating a return, please take time to package the products for the trip back to us! Please notify intentions of return/exchange and to receive RMA by emailing us at Ticket@BBOPokerTables.com.
Price Adjustment Policy:
You may request a price adjustment within 30 days from the date of purchase. This excludes items that have been purchased on clearance, closeout, and third party retailers, including exclusive BBO dealers. If we are able to make an adjustment, we will refund the price difference to your original form of payment. No coupon codes or sales promotions may be combined at any time.Warranty:
All BBO Poker Tables are covered under our 1 YEAR WARRANTY for manufacturing defects.
Measure carefully before placing an order with us. Make sure you have enough room to put your awesome new poker table in. We have placed the dimensions of the poker tables on our site so that you can measure and make an informed decision when buying. Shipments refused due to being too big are considered a change of mind and we will treat it as a return.
How to file a claim:
All manufacturing claims require a documented account of the issue and pictures. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to Ticket@bbopokertables.com. Our Customer Service Issues representative will reply confirming receipt and get any additional details within 1 business day. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly.
Please note that manufactures claims are very different from shipping damage, please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions to be covered under shipping insurance so we can send shipping damage replacement parts for you immediately. Concealed damage from not properly inspecting and signing the bill of lading is not manufacturers defect and must be appealed by the customer directly with the freight company. In the event of concealed damage claims denied by the freight company, we do have replacement parts available for sale, but all that can be avoided by following our Shipping Receiving Instructions.
Replacement decisions are the sole discretion of BBO Poker Tables, it is our promise to provide you with a quality, long lasting poker and game table.
