Gold Standard Store & Service Policy

Structural Warranty	5 years on frame, base, and legs; 60 days for consumables (layout, armrest materials)
Component Warranty	2 years for LED systems and electronics
Seating Warranty	2 years for chairs and benches
Return Window	30 days for standard (non-custom) products
Return Condition	Must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging
Restocking Fee	20% for standard returns; waived if return is due to a warranty issue
Custom Product Policy	Non-refundable; eligible for 50% store credit if returned within 14 days
Return Shipping	Customer is responsible unless the product is defective or damaged in transit
Damage Handling	Claims must be submitted within 3 days using BBO’s photo-based reporting process

Return Window

The return window begins the day your product is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be handed over to the return shipping carrier within this 30-day window. Returned products must be unused, in like-new condition, and packaged in the original boxes.

Armrest Material

"Consumables" refer to parts that naturally wear with use, such as playing surface felt, armrest upholstery, and interior padding. While all materials used by BBO are premium and professional casino-grade, usage frequency and conditions will affect their lifespan. For high-use environments, we recommend routine replacement. All consumable components are available for purchase directly through BBO Asia.
