Getting your new poker table to you fast and without incident is our top priority. Which is why every BBO Poker Table is custom packaged for transport, and is shipped curbside freight completely insured, but the best part - we will take care of the shipping costs! Please read our Shipping Lead Times, and transit will depend on your shipping location, coast-to-coast deliveries takes approximately 7 business days so we suggest ordering early to ensure proper delivery by your poker game date (we are in California)!

How To Receive Your Poker Table
Freight deliveries are a tad bit different than your everyday ground shipments, so please read this over at least once.
Upon receiving your order, we will book the proper freight on your behalf. We will then send you your tracking information via email. The freight company will then be in contact with you prior to final delivery, to schedule the best time to drop off your new table.
Upon arrival....
Please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions! Once your table arrives for final delivery, it is in your best interest to MAKE SURE YOU OPEN AND INSPECT EACH BOX WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT! Before you sign off on the delivery, make sure you check that your table arrived in perfect condition. All tables are fully insured, but damages must be accounted for during final delivery, or it will delay (or sometimes negate) the claim. By signing the bill of lading you are releasing the freight company from liability. Legally, you are basically saying that you received this table in acceptable working order.
In the event that your table was damaged in transit, DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. Make sure you have the driver mark, "Refused, damaged upon delivery" on the delivery receipt. Then give us a call and let us know. 95% of the time, we will just have to make a phone call on your behalf, then we can send out a replacement table immediately.
If you do sign for the delivery and happen to find damage after the driver has left, the freight companies consider this "Concealed Damage". In dealing with Concealed Damage claims, there is very little we can do to alleviate the situation. We will do our best to help you fix or repair the damage, but if you choose to seek a brand new replacement table or monetary compensation, you will have to file a Concealed Damage claim with the freight company.
But like 99% of our customers, who never run into damage issues - open, inspect, sign the bill of lading and enjoy!
SO IMPORTANT WE HAVE TO MENTION IT TWICE!You must report any damage at the time of delivery, by signing the bill of lading and accepting the shipment, you are waiving your right to file an insurance claim with the freight carrier. If you find shipping damage, refuse the damaged items and we will file an insurance claim for you and send you out a replacement immediately. If you signed for the delivery in good order, we will not be able to file an insurance claim on your behalf. In this situation, we will provide you with the proper paperwork so you can file a "concealed damage" directly with the carrier. BBO Poker Tables has no control over "concealed damage" claims and will not be able to assist in the outcome, so please inspect carefully. BBO Poker Tables will help you with the steps to file the "concealed damage" claim, but unfortunately we will not be able to ship any replacement parts until the claim is settled.
What Freight Carriers Do We Use?
We only work with premier names in the freight industry, including CEVA, Estes Con-Way, ABF and more! We will notify you of your carrier, tracking number and information in your tracking email, you may then call the carrier (or us) direct to get tracking updates.
Shipping to Canada:
We are able to ship our fine tables to Canada. There are some extra transportation costs associated with customs and clearance, so we charge 15% of the order for duties and taxes. Additionally, we charge shipping throughout Canada, so simply contact us to get your rate.
Are My Shipments Insured?
That's important to us, so we make sure that your valuable orders ship with all the precautions.
All poker tables are completely insured and in the event of incident, replacements will be shipped upon completion of the claim process. As long as damaged in transit items are rejected and noted according to our “Shipping Receiving Instructions” page, we can confirm your replacement within a few days. If the tables was signed for successfully, this will result in delays to your replacement because we have to work out a “concealed damage” claim with the freight company. BBO Poker Tables is not guaranteed to be accepted by the carrier, in which case we cannot offer a full item replacement, only replacement parts if available.
